Jesse Ventura is a Good Man

Yesterday, former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura won a lawsuit against the now deceased author Chris Kyle. The jury decided that Ventura was defamed when Kyle fabricated a story into his autobiography "America's Deadliest Sniper" claiming that a man referred to as 'scruff-face' made derogatory remarks about the Navy Seals at a bar, and that he punched him in the face as a result. Although not identified in the book, Kyle made public statements afterwards, claiming that the man was Governor Ventura. The entire story was proven to be a fabrication on Tuesday, when Jesse was awarded $1.8 Million for lost revenue over the last two years, due to damages to his reputation. (You can read the details here if you're unaware.)

This was a very difficult case for him to win, let alone even pursue. He had to prove not only that Kyle lied, but that he intentionally acted maliciously when he put this chapter in his book. If that was not hard enough, Chris Kyle was shot and killed during the case, effectively backing Jesse into a corner. His choices were to either drop the case and let his reputation be destroyed, or continue and face extreme criticism for pursuing a widow's estate. This was particularly difficult for him because Jesse is a former Navy Seal himself, and likes to fraternize with his fellow Seals during reunions. Well, that was taken from him along with his reputation because now he can't go to those reunions any more, as many members of the military now despise him.

It's all very sad, and nobody really won anything. Kyle's widow did not have to pay a cent, as her insurance covered all legal expenses and the 1.8 Mill of restitution fees. Besides, this case was not about money, it was about Jesse legally restoring his reputation and getting the facts out. Why the 1.8 Million then? Well, after this defamation occurred, Jesse was pretty much banned from mainstream media in the U.S. and as a result he lost a lot of income. He was making over $2 Million a year prior to this incident, and only pulled in $200 K last year, so I think it makes sense. Not to mention this case cost him a fortune, as plaintiffs do not get insurance coverage for legal expenses in lawsuits.

Now that the truth is out, Jesse is facing extreme hatred by many members of the military (and the misinformed public), they're claiming he took this too far and should have just dropped it when Kyle was killed. I disagree, and not just because I love Jesse Ventura. First of all, I stand with Jesse because I know that he would never say what Kyle said he said. Jesse always has been very clear in supporting the soldier, while criticizing the war and the government. "Wars happen because politicians fail, and the soldiers are all just victims." This is almost of a mantra of his, not to mention that he was a Navy Seal himself! Second, I agree with him because he actually took the higher road and defended himself legally, and against all odds won. That should be enough for most people. It was proven in court that Chris Kyle intentionally, maliciously, fabricated this story and Jesse was harmed as a result. He did not only loose revenue, he lost the admiration of an entire generation of military members. He lost what I would call a perfect record, in that prior to all this, there really was nothing bad that anyone could truthfully say about Jesse, no reason to dislike him at all other than disagreeing with him, which does not warrant disrespect.

Sure, he investigated a few wacky theories on his Conspiracy Theory show, even debunked at least one (that our presidents are reptiles, yeah some people actually believe that)! But so what? If one is to investigate conspiracy or anything for that matter, one must take a balanced approach and more importantly, sort out the bullshit from fact so that all conspiracy theorists are not viewed as crazy. He maintained the perfect balance of showmanship while taking on very serious conspiracies and exposing a lot of malice. He stood up to some really powerful characters over his career, and did a lot more good for America than America will ever care to admit.

Whether or not you agreed with the man, it was hard to disrespect him. He's been a pro-wrestler, Governor, Mayor, Rolling-Stones bodyguard, actor, TV-Personality, and was called "America's Favourite Every-Man."

But all that has changed, as anyone ignorant to the facts would not have a good impression of a man upon hearing that he sued a widowed veterans estate, for any reason. That kind of stigma just sucks, and most Americans will not even bother to do their homework and get the facts straight before casting judgement upon him. What's even more sad is that too many Americans are so politically asleep, and don't have a clue about what is happening around them. I mean, this is a guy that only ever stood up for the middle class, the working man, and the average person. That's what he devoted his life to. And although I've considered myself an independent long before I even knew who Jesse Ventura is, it was he whom made me realize that the Democrats and Republicans are responsible for almost every problem this country has. After all, as he put so well, they have been in charge for 150 years. It makes me pity people who will agree with and even go out on a limb to defend their political party of choice, completely missing the point... you don't have to take a ton of bad just to get a little bit of good into the whitehouse. For instance, my father once told me that if Democrats did not support abortion, he would totally be a Democrat, but since they do and he is a Christian, he felt obligated to stand with the Republicans. I just think that sucks. Why do we all have to submit to one of these two parties? If it were not for Jesse, I may never have fully understood just how deep the hypocrisy really is.

So hate me, bash Jesse, and do what you will; you are entitled to your own opinion. I only urge you to do some research before casting judgement upon a very good, honest, and genuine person who despite not even knowing you, has stood up against corruption, for you, more than you probably ever will yourself.

Closer to the Carnage: A Navy Sailors Opinion on the War

The reason there is so much distrust in government these days is likely because we are lied to all of the time, and not because people enjoy a good conspiracy theory, as the CIA would love for you to believe. So it might come as a surprise to some of you that most Ron Paul supporters are ex-military personel. Considering Ron Paul stands for abolishing almost everything that our military is involved with, I think that the veteran support for Paul makes a big statement. My father played in a rock 'n roll band in his younger days, and like so many others, he wrote songs about Vietnam, and what a tragic waste the war was. I remember my high-school history teacher telling my class that the Iraq/Afgan war is just a repeat of Vietnam. At first this sounded absurd to me; perhaps because my parents were also big Republicans, my grandfather was a WWII hero and decorated Naval commander, and I was simply young and naive enough to believe that we we're actually fighting for our freedom over there. But my teachers' words rang deep in my mind, and as I drew similarities between this war and Vietnam, I started searching for truth.

I recently had the opportunity to talk to an old friend who has been serving in the U.S. Navy for years. I thought it would be insightful to talk to someone that is close to the carnage, and has first-hand experiences that could help us understand just what the hell our government has been doing in the Middle-East this past decade. Surely, if there actually is a threat to the United States over there, our military members would know all about it. It's worth noting that his opinions are absolutely consistant with every other soldier/veteran I've spoken with about this. So I asked him this question:

Me:

“You know, I've never seen a real, live terrorist in my life, and I believe that 9/11 was an inside job and false flag operation designed to justify starting the so called “war on terrorism”. I respect what you do, but I gotta ask you, I am correct in assuming that this war is a for-profit war started because our government wanted their oil & other natural resources?”

Anonymous Navy Sailor:

"The facts as I understand them, are that there is no link between Osama Bin Laden and Iraq, nor were there any weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. This was clear to almost everyone in the Government and CIA long before we invaded them. I also know that there is a stupid amount of heroin coming in [to the United States] from Afghanistan now, and this was not the case prior to our occupation of the country. When our stay was extended for the second time on my 2012 deployment, a three-star Admiral came on board to speak to us. He said that since he was keeping us out there for such a long time that he would answer our questions about why we were there. He said "Oil. We are here for oil.”

However, a successful lie must be partially true. To be believable, there must be some fact. There is terrorism [in the middle east] and a lot of them do hate America. I don't know all the reasons for that, but I do know they have a few. For example, there have been a lot of Korean and Japanese women raped by American soldiers. There could be a million reasons other than 'because Allah told me to', or for the 77 virgins or some other ignorant bullshit. So of course there are extremist Muslim groups over there. When i was in turkey a few of the girls on my ship had black bags put over there heads and were kidnapped. It didn't last long. they were recovered the offenders were arrested. Then there was rioting and protesting and the men were released.

I've done a lot of research into 9/11, and it doesn't really add up. Theres a lot of shit that doesn't make any sense, like complete absence of any evidence of a plane in certain situations, or the fact that when the buildings collapsed they did so at a perfect 180 degree angle [demolition style], or that there are photographs and first hand reports of explosions at the base of the towers. Then there's the fact that we spent God only knows how much money apparently chasing one man around the world? Who we find and kill immediately without asking any questions [or evidence, or trial]? Then for some reason we dumped his body at sea before anyone could even see him. I've drawn the conclusion that who fucking knows. I sure as fuck don't.

I'm not in the Navy because I'm a patriot. I picked a branch where i wouldn't have to carry a gun or kill anyone; the medical field. They are paying for me to fix people and stitch people up and prescribe antibiotics for people who get infections. Best of all, they're paying for my college. I'm about to transfer to shore duty where i won't have to deploy anymore. I'll also get more free college, and they will pay me another $1400 a month for an apartment or house, plus $360 more a month for food, on top of my pay check. After my benefits run out in three years, I'm going to get out. My post 9/11 G.I. bill will pay for yet another three years of college and housing, at which point ill have a masters degree as a physicians assistant.

Its hard to say if i believe in what I'm doing. On one hand, fuck no-- this is retarded. I'm on a something-trillion dollar aircraft carrier with a $300 million monthly budget sailing around the Pacific in circles. We fly our jets and helicopters every single day, and we have four destroyers and a submarine with us at all times, and were not actually doing anything. On the other hand, despite the entire operation being a big, scummy waste of resources and money, I just don't know what we would do without all this. If we did away with all our [military industry] shit it wouldn't end well. We're not the only shark in the world either. The only real reason for us to be here is to keep other countries from attacking us or our allies. For instance, Taiwan, which is right off the coast of China, had a civil war. Now they're independent, but the only reason China doesn't take a big breath of air, blow it at them, kill everyone, and take it back, is because we're here and we said 'please don't do that'. In reality we probably wouldn't do shit, like when Russia marches into other counties fucks them up and says “You're mine now” all we do is say "Hey! Your not supposed to do that!

If you really want to know, the middle east is basically garbage. There is no real enemy there that could do any serious damage to our country. Even if 9/11 was real [as opposed to an inside job], sure it was a big deal, but in comparison to other wars, or even minor conflicts, its relatively insignificant. Then again, there is China and Russia to consider. I'll probably never know the truth about any of this, and I accept that. But my experiences have caused me to develop an inherent distrust of everything in the world. The damage beyond repair.

Consider what's happened to ancient Egypt or Greece, Annapolis, France, or England. It's only getting worse, and I'd hardly even consider them countries anymore. Yeah, there's still America, but then again, America is now run by [and for] corporations. They are the real government, and they don't give a fuck about borders. I don't trust any of it, I don't think it can be fixed. Maybe one day I'll move to Costa Rica and live in the mountains. Thats my rant, sorry if its all over the place, I'm at the end of a 12 hour shift."

Further Examining the Border Crisis

The country appears to be very divided right now. The left says that the president cannot get anything done because the right keeps stonewalling him. The right is pissed off because they feel the president is abusing his executive powers and refusing to work with them. It's clear that starting with Bush the executive branch has become too powerful. Personally I think it's grown worse under the Obama administration. But it in the case of the border crisis, this petty arguing and political stalemate is helping who..?

The president has proposed a bill to secure the border and enact a pathway to citizenship law, which would make it take 10 years before becoming a citizen. The Republicans apparently do not want to vote on it because they want to secure the border first. Whether or not it's more beneficial to deal with these issues separately, rather than at once, it is much worse to do nothing and watch the country burn. This is the problem with the party system in America. They're so hypocritical it is astounding. And yes, they are both guilty of executive over-reach, but that does not mean we should say 'well they did it too so it's okay'. In any case, I want to fire them all.

If there is a bigger picture here, and corporations are profiting off of this mayhem as I suggested, than maybe that would explain why these too parties cannot put their own pride aside and act. I mean, would you really be so surprised if lobbyists were intentionally bribing these guys to manipulate a situation for their own benefit? It's not like that hasn't happened before...

I can only hope that America will think back 16 years rather than just 8 before they vote in 2016. The people feel betrayed by the government for a reason. For me, it's because I voted for Obama is '08 because he promised to close gitmo, stop federal pot raids, increase transparency in government, protect the open internet, end the war (and not start multiple covert wars after...), and even repeal the patriot act. Instead, he renewed it, started all sorts of little wars, let the NSA run wild (don't tell me he didn't know, the executive branch has so much authority there's no way he was not involved) and gitmo is still open.

Not that the Republicans are any better. They created this situation, Obama campaigned on ending it, and then whether or not he's playing along with them or really cannot get anything done because of bi-partisan stubbornness, it really doesn't matter. The point is both these parties suck.

Raise Police Officer's Salaries!

I may come off as over-critical of government, my views may even be considered 'extreme' by some, but everything I write about it here is for the sole purpose of obtaining peace. Perhaps my lack of faith in the establishment stems from my younger years when I was incessantly harassed by the local police. I was harassed for years, so often that I could, and very well may, write a book about my experiences.

For example, one day during the summer of 2012 I was cruising down the road with a friend from New Ipswich, NH to Milford, NH. We were on the back roads in Wilton when suddenly the world became black, and then painful. I started to come to, and realized that we had gone off the road, and were now in an upside-down car in a river-bed. The windows had shattered, and water was rushing into the vehicle. I had my Canon EOS camera in the car, which I paid about $800 for, so I instinctively grabbed the camera and managed to exit the vehicle without ruining the camera, and I put in on the side of the road. I then realized my friend was screaming in pain, he had broken his thumb pretty bad so I called 911. The police arrived, and I was being loaded in the ambulance when I remembered my camera. I asked an officer to please get my camera and put it in the ambulance with me. I do not remember much else, as I had a concussion. My friend and I were taken to the hospital where he was charged a DUI, and after several hours my friend picked me up and I went home.

The next day I realized I never got my camera, so I called the Wilton PD and asked about it. I was told that the chief would call me back. He never did, and over the course of a month I played phone tag with the cops, always getting the same run-around. Finally, about 6 weeks after the fact I got a call from the Chief and he asked me to come down to the station for questioning. I said "Okay, is this about Mr. X's ( my friend who was driving, who's name I've held for privacy reasons)  charges? I'm happy to answer questions, but I really just want my camera back." He replied "No, Mr. Young, this is about your criminal charges."

My heart sunk as I realized that I was being targeted again, about to go through months of bullshit for no good reason at all. I said "What are you talking about? I have broken no laws." He told me that my camera was missing a sticker with the serial number of the device, and in NH it is a crime to possess an electronic device without a serial number. I thought this was a bad joke at first, but it turned out he was serious. I then remembered that the sticker he was referring too was in fact on the camera, and that the corner had begun to peel off from age. It was incredible. They were seriously going to drag me to court over a missing s/n on a camera that I had owned since 2008. I had bought the camera from a well known and respectable photographer named Peter Simon whom I had worked for during the summer of '08 on Martha's Vineyard. I told this to the Chief, and he said that I needed to get a notorized statement from Mr. Simon to prove that this was indeed my camera, or else they would forever confiscate it and charge me with a misdemeanour level offence. It was simply unbelievable. I wasn't sure whether to laugh or scream.

I called Mr. Simon, and he told me he would get me the document. He was aware that the police had been harassing me with stupid nonsense for years, but thought that this was just frivolous. So I contacted my lawyer, who told me how to word the sworn statement that I would then have Mr. Simon sign and get notorized, which to my everlasting gratitude, he did. But when I went to court the judge (Judge Crocker of Milford District Court), who never really liked me very much was not happy with the document. She wanted Peter Simon to come to her court in New Hampshire and testify! Can you imagine? I told her that he is an older gentleman in his 70's, and that this was a lot to ask over such a small matter. Eventually she said okay, but you need to get me another statement from him, because this one was not official enough. I honestly can't remember her reasoning for that. So to make a long story short, Peter had to go out of his way to do the exact same thing again for me, and finally after a third court appearance, and 6 months after the accident, I was able to get my camera back. If this is not a perfect example of jurisprudence, than I don't know what is.

Why do police terrorize civilians?

Surely one can agree that the experience I just explained is not an example of our boys in blue either protecting or serving anyone. And this just one incident, if you continue to follow my blog, I'll be writing other stories of other ridiculous police related shit-shows I've dealt with. So the question remains, why? Why do police go out of there way to make citizens lives difficult? Why do they constantly pursue petty crimes like pot possession and 'possessing an electronic device without a s/n' when there are people being raped and murdered all the time? I used to think it's because in a rural, small town like Wilton, there really are not many real crimes to go after, leaving them bored with nothing to do. But this happens all over the country, in many different places. It turns out that when a cop makes an arrest, he is paid overtime for all the paperwork, booking, processing, court appearances, and so on. So there is a money incentive built into the system that ensures this kind of thing will continue. The starting salary for a cop in a town like I grew up in is about $25,000. That's hardly enough money to raise a family on, and I think it's actually an insultingly low figure. The police ought to be the backbone of a free people's society, not the tumour. The current system encourages petty non-violent drug arrest, does not honour those who put their lives at risk for us, and turns good men into criminals.

Pay Them More

I believe that we ought to at least double police officers salaries, after all it is a risky and honourable job to protect and serve the community. Furthermore, we need to remove incentives that do nothing other than increase the number of arrests that police make. Perhaps there should be a bonus if a cop manages to bring to justice violent criminals, rather than ordinary people. If a Judge signs a warrant and it does not produce results, than he is held accountable. Shouldn't police be held accountable for frivolous arrests as well? How about a system where the bonus for catching a real criminal is worth the time it takes to do so. It does not take any skill or real police work to catch drug offenders. All you have to do is start shaking down people on the street any time you need to make an arrest. Furthermore, if we paid cops what they deserve, than they would feel like society appreciates what they do. Then they would start to see themselves more like members of a community, working together with their brothers and sisters to make their community a better place.

This Note Is Redeemable in Debt

What Gives the American Dollar it's Value?

"This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private." Every bank note in your wallet proclaims this, so you ought to know what that means. To do so, it requires another lesson in history; the inception of the Federal Reserve Bank. If we do not understand our history, then we are doomed to repeat it, and in this case we already are. The Dollar Bill used to say "This note is redeemable in gold." That's because every dollar that was printed could only be printed if there was a certain amount of gold backing it up, to give it real value. Thus, the notes were redeemable in gold, which is an asset that history has proven to be stable. The gold standard was abolished shortly after the Fed was incepted. Henceforth, all money was created out of nothing. So the logical question is: What gives our money value? I've been searching for the answer for years, and it did not hit me until this morning, as I was walking through the city in the sunshine, marvelling at all the buildings, churches, side-walks, businesses, and people, while wondering how all this came to be with the fraudulent currency that we've operated on for the last 101 years. I noticed that for every well off person I saw, there were probably 10 more dirt poor people. This is not because there is anything wrong with these people, it is because the system is designed this way. For anybody to get rich, others must go broke. When you consider the shrinking Middle Class in America, this makes a lot of sense. So what gives our money value? Nothing other than the fact that the government has promised to pay back each and every dollar (and at interest) that was ever in circulation. How is this payed for? By taxes, or in other words, people like you working your ass off. That's what gives the dollar it's value. Perpetual enslavement of the people.

How Money is Created Today

This process has been well documented and finally put in simple terms. Let's examine the process:

We shall start with the need for money. The Federal Government, having spent more than it has taken from its citizens in taxes, needs, for the sake of illustration, 1 billion. Since it does not have the money, and Congress has given away its authority to "create" it, the Government must go to the "creators" for the $ 1 billion. But, the Federal Reserve, a private corporation, doesn't just give its money away! The Bankers are willing to deliver 1,000,000,000 billion in money or credit to the Federal Government in exchange for the Government's agreement to pay it back -- with interest! So Congress authorizes the Treasury Department to print 1,000,000,000 billion in bonds, which are then delivered to the Federal Reserve Bankers.

The Federal Reserve then pays the cost of printing the 1,000,000,000 (about 1,000 dollars) and makes the exchange. The Government then uses the money to pay its obligations. What are the results of this fantastic transaction? Well, $ 1 billion in Government bills are paid all right, but the Government has now indebted the people to the Bankers for $ 1 billion on which the people must pay interest! Tens of thousands of such transactions have taken place since 1913 so that by the 1980's, the U.S. Government is indebted to the Bankers for over $ 1,000,000,000,000 (trillion) on which the people pay over $ 100 billion a year in interest alone with no hope of ever paying off the principal. [Get this!! If the principle were ever paid back, there would be NO more money in circulation.] In 1995, the total Federal Debt has grown to over $ 5 trillion, with an annual interest payment of $ 203 billion, 14% of the federal budget. Supposedly our children and following generations will pay forever and forever!

And There's More...You say, "This is terrible!" Yes, it is, but we have shown only part of the sordid story. Under this unholy system, those United States Bonds have now become "assets" of the Banks in the Reserve System, which they then use as "reserves" to "create" more "credit" to lend. Current "reserve" requirements allow them to use that $ 1 billion in bonds to "create" as much as $ 15 billion in new "credit" to lend to States, Municipalities, to individuals and businesses. Added to the original $ 1 billion, they could have $ 16 billion of "created credit" out in loans paying them interest with their only cost being $ 1,000 for printing the original $ 1 billion! Since the U.S. Congress has not issued Constitutional money since 1913, in order for the people to have money to carry on trade and commerce they are forced to borrow the "created credit" of the Monopoly Bankers and pay them usury-fees!

And There's Still More...In addition to the vast wealth drawn to them through this almost unlimited usury, the Bankers who control the money at the top are able to approve or disapprove large loans to large and successful corporations to the extent that refusal of a loan will bring about a reduction in the price that that Corporation's stock sells for on the market. After depressing the price, the Bankers' agents buy large blocks of the stock, after which the sometimes multi-million-dollar loan is approved, the stock rises, and is then sold for a profit. In this manner billions of dollars are made with which to buy more stock. This practice is so refined today that the Federal Reserve Board need only announce to the newspapers an increase or decrease in their "rediscount rate" to send stocks up and down as they wish. Using this method since 1913, the Bankers and their agents have purchased secret or open control of almost every large corporation in America. Using that control, they then force the corporations to borrow huge sums from their banks so that corporation earnings are siphoned off in the form of interest to the banks. This leaves little as actual "profits" which can be paid as dividends and explains why stock prices are so depressed, while the banks reap billions in interest from corporate loans. In effect, the bankers get almost all of the profits, while individual stockholders are left holding the bag.

Millions of working families are now indebted to the few hundred Banking Families for twice the assessed value of the entire United States. And these Banking Families obtained that debt against us for the cost of paper, ink, and bookkeeping!

How The Fed Came to Be

Our founding fathers well very opposed to central banks. They were well aware of the perils of such institutions, the very dangers that Americans today are now having to relearn for themselves. The American Revolutionary war began primarily because the English King George III decided to outlaw to the American Greenback, which was the currency that the colonies had been using, and quite prosperously. This forced the people to borrow currency from the English central bank at high interest rates. It immediatly put the colonies in a state of debt, because they were forced to pay back interest on the money. Now, if all the money is coming from the same bank, and at interest, where the hell is the money to pay the interest back supposed to come from? It did not exist, creating a perpetual debt cycle. So the revolution was fought, many people died, and for a short, sweet period of time, we were truly free. The Fed is not the first evil monetary structure that our country has dealt with. There were a few preceding prototypes. The fed is the reason why the national debt will only ever increase:

"In fact, the last time in American history the national debt was completely paid off was in 1835, after President Andrew Jackson shutdown the Central Bank that preceded the Federal Reserve. In fact Jackson’s entire political platform essentially revolved around his commitment to shut down the Central Bank, stating at one point: ” the bold efforts the present bank has made to control the government are but premonitions of the fate that awaits the American people should they be deluded into a perpetuation of this institution or the establishment of another like it.” Unfortunately his message was short lived, and the international bankers succeeded to install another central bank in 1913…The Federal Reserve. And as long as this institution exists, perpetual debt is guaranteed."   *

On December 23rd, 1913, while most of congress was at home with their families, the Federal Reserve Act was passed by a few well-paid-off politicians and then signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson. This was largely a response to a false panic is 1907 that caused a serious recession. Although those responsible have gone through great lengths to conceal the truth of this financial panic, as well as the crash of '29, and every crisis in between and up to the mortgage crisis of '08, the truth is that every single financial crisis America has ever endured could have been avoided, and was caused by the same small group of people that still run the banks (and thus the country) today.

"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized world no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men."

-Woodrow Wilson, after signing the Federal Reserve into existence

“Give me control of a nation’s money supply, and I care not who makes its laws.” --Mayer Amschel Rothschild

Where to Go from Here?

The Federal Reserve Bank is the end result of the international banking cartels completing what they have always wanted to do: control everything. All money comes from them, and is owed back to them (and then some). So, we can never truly prosper as a country as long as this institution exists. Every period since 1913 when the country seemed to be doing well was a result of the Fed making it so. And every time all seems to be going well, the economy collapses. The last time that happened was 2008. Not only did J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sacks, and a few other large corporations declare bankruptcy (thus removing the obligiation to pay back their debts), they forced the government to pay them back for the money that they lost by betting against whether John Smith will pay his mortgage. It was one of the biggest heists in history, all made possible thanks to the Fed.

War, poverty, drug abuse, and just about every other national problem that exists can be traced back to these banking cartels in one way or anther. Ron Paul is the only presidential candidate I know of that ever challenged the Federal Reserve. We must elect into office a president that is willing to stand up to this insane institution and end this cycle. When a presidential candidate promises to eliminate the national debt, now you know why he is full of shit. It's simply impossible by design, and will only ever happen if we get rid of the Fed.

There are other ways to undermine the Fed than politicians. For example, you can use alternative currencies such as bitcoin. Now that you understand what gives the dollar its value, maybe it won't be so hard to understand that what gives bitcoin it's value is trust in the currency. That's better than the trust in debt that backs the dollar. Bitcoin and other crypto-currencies are a direct threat to the banking cartels. I encourage everyone to look into alternative currencies, question current policies, and to keep your minds open.

Educate Yourself: Confirmed False Flag Operations

From infowars, a well cited list of confirmed government false flag operations. I suggest you review the following information and keep it mind while watching the news and going about daily life. The more we know about these kinds of operations, the more easily we will be able to spot them in the future. While the world speculates itself to death over another downed Malaysian plane, the deadline for the public to weigh in their opinions regarding net neutrality is midnight tonight. And now a brief lesson in history, credit to infowars:

Governments from around the world admit they carry out false flag terror:
  • A major with the Nazi SS admitted at the Nuremberg trials that – under orders from the chief of the Gestapo – he and some other Nazi operatives faked attacks on their own people and resources which they blamed on the Poles, to justify the invasion of Poland. Nazi general Franz Halder also testified at the Nuremberg trials that Nazi leader Hermann Goering admitted to setting fire to the German parliament building, and then falsely blaming the communists for the arson
  • Soviet leader  Nikita Khrushchev admitted in writing that the Soviet Union’s Red Army shelled the Russian village of Mainila in 1939, and declared that the fire originated from Finland as a basis launching the Winter War four days later
  • Israel admits that an Israeli terrorist cell operating in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including U.S. diplomatic facilities, then left behind “evidence” implicating the Arabs as the culprits (one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to identify the bombers, and several of the Israelis later confessed) (and see this and this)
  • The CIA admits that it hired Iranians in the 1950′s to pose as Communists and stage bombings in Iran in order to turn the country against its democratically-elected prime minister
  • As admitted by the U.S. government, recently declassified documents show that in the 1960′s, the American Joint Chiefs of Staff signed off on a plan to blow up AMERICAN airplanes (using an elaborate plan involving the switching of airplanes), and also to commit terrorist acts on American soil, and then to blame it on the Cubans in order to justify an invasion of Cuba. See the following ABC news reportthe official documents; and watch this interview with the former Washington Investigative Producer for ABC’s World News Tonight with Peter Jennings.
  • 2 years before, American Senator George Smathers had suggested that the U.S. make “a false attack made on Guantanamo Bay which would give us the excuse of actually fomenting a fight which would then give us the excuse to go in and [overthrow Castro]“.
  • And Official State Department documents show that – only nine months before the Joint Chiefs of Staff plan was proposed – the head of the Joint Chiefs and other high-level officials discussed blowing up a consulate in the Dominican Republic in order to justify an invasion of that country. The 3 plans were not carried out, but they were all discussed as serious proposals
  • The South African Truth and Reconciliation Council found that, in 1989, the Civil Cooperation Bureau (a covert branch of the South African Defense Force) approached an explosives expert and asked him “to participate in an operation aimed at discrediting the ANC [the African National Congress] by bombing the police vehicle of the investigating officer into the murder incident”, thus framing the ANC for the bombing
  • An Algerian diplomat and several officers in the Algerian army admit that, in the 1990s, the Algerian army frequently massacred Algerian civilians and then blamed Islamic militants for the killings (and see this video; and Agence France-Presse, 9/27/2002, French Court Dismisses Algerian Defamation Suit Against Author)
  • Senior Russian Senior military and intelligence officers admit that the KGB blew up Russian apartment buildings and falsely blamed it on Chechens, in order to justify an invasion of Chechnya (and see this reportand this discussion)
  • According to the Washington Post, Indonesian police admit that the Indonesian military killed American teachers in Papua in 2002 and blamed the murders on a Papuan separatist group in order to get that group listed as a terrorist organization.
  • The well-respected former Indonesian president also admits that the government probably had a role in the Bali bombings
  • As reported by BBC, the New York Times, and Associated Press, Macedonian officials admit that the government murdered 7 innocent immigrants in cold blood and pretended that they were Al Qaeda soldiers attempting to assassinate Macedonian police, in order to join the “war on terror”.
  • Former Department of Justice lawyer John Yoo suggested in 2005 that the US should go on the offensive against al-Qaeda, having “our intelligence agencies create a false terrorist organization. It could have its own websites, recruitment centers, training camps, and fundraising operations. It could launch fake terrorist operations and claim credit for real terrorist strikes, helping to sow confusion within al-Qaeda’s ranks, causing operatives to doubt others’ identities and to question the validity of communications.”
  • United Press International reported in June 2005:
U.S. intelligence officers are reporting that some of the insurgents in Iraq are using recent-model Beretta 92 pistols, but the pistols seem to have had their serial numbers erased. The numbers do not appear to have been physically removed; the pistols seem to have come off a production line without any serial numbers. Analysts suggest the lack of serial numbers indicates that the weapons were intended for intelligence operations or terrorist cells with substantial government backing. Analysts speculate that these guns are probably from either Mossad or the CIA. Analysts speculate that agent provocateurs may be using the untraceable weapons even as U.S. authorities use insurgent attacks against civilians as evidence of the illegitimacy of the resistance.
  • Undercover Israeli soldiers admitted in 2005 to throwing stones at other Israeli soldiers so they could blame it on Palestinians, as an excuse to crack down on peaceful protests by the Palestinians
  • Quebec police admitted that, in 2007, thugs carrying rocks to a peaceful protest were actually undercover Quebec police officers (and see this)
  • At the G20 protests in London in 2009, a British member of parliament saw plain clothes police officers attempting to incite the crowd to violence
  • A Colombian army colonel has admitted that his unit murdered 57 civilians, then dressed them in uniforms and claimed they were rebels killed in combat
  • U.S. soldiers have admitted that if they kill innocent Iraqis and Afghanis, they then “drop” automatic weapons near their body so they can pretend they were militants
  • The highly-respected writer for the Telegraph Ambrose Evans-Pritchard says that the head of Saudi intelligence – Prince Bandar – admitted last the Saudi government controls “Chechen” terrorists
So Common … There’s a Name for It
This tactic is so common that it was given a name for hundreds of years ago.
“False flag terrorism” is defined as a government attacking its own people, then blaming others in order to justify going to war against the people it blames. Or as Wikipedia defines it:
False flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, corporations, or other organizations, which are designed to appear as if they are being carried out by other entities. The name is derived from the military concept of flying false colors; that is, flying the flag of a country other than one’s own. False flag operations are not limited to war and counter-insurgency operations, and have been used in peace-time; for example, during Italy’s strategy of tension.
The term comes from the old days of wooden ships, when one ship would hang the flag of its enemy before attacking another ship in its own navy. Because the enemy’s flag, instead of the flag of the real country of the attacking ship, was hung, it was called a “false flag” attack.
Indeed, this concept is so well-accepted that rules of engagement for navalair and land warfare all prohibit false flag attacks.
Leaders Throughout History Have Acknowledged False Flags
Leaders throughout history have acknowledged the danger of false flags:
“This and no other is the root from which a tyrant springs; when he first appears he is a protector.”
– Plato
“If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.”
– U.S. President James Madison
“A history of false flag attacks used to manipulate the minds of the people! “In individuals, insanity is rare; but in groups, parties, nations, and epochs it is the rule.”
― Friedrich Nietzsche
“Terrorism is the best political weapon for nothing drives people harder than a fear of sudden death”.
– Adolph Hitler
“Why of course the people don’t want war … But after all it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship … Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.”
– Hermann Goering, Nazi leader.
“The easiest way to gain control of a population is to carry out acts of terror. [The public] will clamor for such laws if their personal security is threatened”.
– Josef Stalin
People Are Waking Up to False Flags
People are slowly waking up to this whole con job by governments who want to justify war.
More people are talking about the phrase “false flag” than ever before.

So, now that we know the facts, let's consider whether it is likely that these types of operations are still being carried out today. Considering the history, the ever increasing amount of classified information, widespread distrust in government, congress's 10% approval rating, and the fact that the US economy is dependant on a perpetual war machine, I'd say it's not so far fetched.

Why the TSA 'Power-up Check' is Useless & More Bad News for the Net

In case you have not heard, you now may have to prove your cell phone, tablet, or laptop actually is what it appears to be at the airport. This you must do by powering it up. The claim is that a terrorist could pack an empty laptop full of explosives and blow up a plane. Now, there are a few obvious problems with this, such as the traveller who's phone dies and then gets confiscated, etc. And then as usual, there is an alternate motive. It's just another excuse to further invade our rights.

A former TSA agent wrote that he knows that this law will do nothing to keep us 'safe', and if anything will be counter-productive. I build computers, as a hobby and maybe a future career, and I'm telling you that just because a computer appears to turn on, there could still be plenty of room for C4 in there. If I were to remove the optical drive and the hard disc from my laptop and shift a few things around, I could easily make room for enough explosives to cause some serious damage and the computer would still power up (of course this is all hypothetical). That could easily be achieved by internally connecting a USB flash drive to boot the computer to instead of the hard drive. Take out some of the RAM, the wifi module, half of the battery cells, the fan, the GPU, or pretty much anything except the display, motherboard a RAM chip, and a small flash drive to host the operating system and you could fit enough C4 in there to wreck havoc. Of course, the TSA knows this, and will eventually (mark my words) be doing all sorts of privacy violating things to our electronic devices. Sort of like the TSA agent who "saw" bitcoin in a passengers bag and wanted to count it.

In other atrocious news, the U.S. Court of Appeals struck down net neutrality. In other words, the days of online freedom are over with unless a lot of people wake the fuck up and speak out. Many people actually have, despite the mainstream media ignoring this issue, which is so much more important than the overblown Malaysian flight story that they keep shoving down our throats. In fact, so many people have filed comments with the FCC that their website crashed. I'm hearing conflicting things, such as that the deadline has been extended until Friday because of the last minute bottleneck of outrage. Yep, this is what happens when the press does not do their job and the corporations take over our country. With Tuesdays court ruling, my last sliver of hope for the American dream died.

Where do you want to be in 2020?

We've got two years before the next election, and it is critical that we elect an honest human being as president in 2016. It seems Americans have a short memory span, so I'm going to remind you of a few things that have happened in the last 6 years.

Let's start with honesty. In 2008 I regrettably voted for president Obama, because he promised to shut down Gautanomo Bay, stop the feds from raiding legal pot dispensaries, bring all our troops home, increase government transparency, and for 'change we can believe in.' None of those things have happened, in fact under Obama's rein, federal pot raids are 400% what they were under Bush, despite his promise to end them. Gitmo is still up and running, American citizens can legally be indefinably detained and we're now involved in God knows how many wars, because many are 'covert' operations, and even they're existence can never be confirmed or denied. More information has been classified than ever, we are loosing our internet freedoms and many of us feel uncomfortable using social media, for fear of big brother watching. I encourage you to watch this video of America's favorite badass, Jesse Ventura before you start thinking that the republicans can help you. Bush's rein was bad, yes but honestly I am much more scared under Obama's. But neither party is the answer, and this is probably how it's designed to work. Now we're supposed to think the next Republican puppet we're allowed to vote for will save us. That's bullshit. Become an Independent and open your mind to what's happening around you. Imagine where we'll be in another 10 years if these same clowns rule over us.

Why I am an Independant

The situation in the United States right now makes me feel uneasy. Although I often come off as very critical of the government, I want to not that there are a lot of good people in government too. There's no doubt that, especially at the state level, there are some honest politicians that are trying to help their communities. There's definitely good judges, cops, governors, etc, people that are trying to better their communities and do good for their country and fellow man. However, I've noticed lately that there is an increasing number of shady activities occurring at the government level. There's also an alarming number of new government agencies popping up lately. Entities and activities that we, the people did not even know existed. You have to remember that your money is funding the very people that you now find yourself threatened by, and whom are supposed to protect you. Government is supposed to maintain order and justice, not run wild with covert operations and spy on it's own people. It seems that the constitution is not being upheld anymore. I can't remember which Senator said this, but I saw on CNN that they're "redefining" what the word reasonable means, pertaining to the constitution, in light of this new digital age and the fact that people are publishing their lives on social media. They think the Facebook phenomenon gives them an excuse to bite another chunk off the constitution. Let's examine an the 4th Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

If you redefine the meaning of the keyword in the 4th Amendment, than the 4th Amendment looses it's teeth. This is dangerous!

Regarding the NSA Prism Scandal, it appears that the Supreme Court will allow the NSA to continue to hoard personal data, but they have to get a warrant before they can access it. Let me put this in perspective so that you can understand how outragoues this is. If this is the precedent that we are going to set, than it won't be long before you can be pulled over without probably cause and searched just to see if you're breaking any laws. If you have some pot on you and are still living in a draconian state, than you won't be charged until the officer can get a warrant, which he will. Another example would be bugging every American citizens homes and recording audio and video of everything we do just in case there is a criminal investigation, in which case they could access the footage to use against you. It's not that far fetched considering it's the exact same concept. The Supreme Court will look at this decision in the future and maybe decide that it now applies to your vehicle or home too. The only thing more personal than your cellphone or computer is your home. Think, people!

Regarding the situation in the Middle East, at the time this is being written, it's been 13 years since the notorious attacks on the World Trade Center. The events of that day effected everything that the Bush administration would do for the remainder of it's reign. The so called “Patriot” Act...  of which destroyed so many civil liberties, is perhaps the most anti-American piece of legislation I know of. It's safe to say the name itself is a slap in our faces.

The attacks on 9/11 were the inception of a new world order. Everything had been going so well, the only war we were fighting was the “War on Drugs” (or war on the lower classes & minorities, as it happens). It seems that we were not making enough money by locking people up, and the arms dealers must have been restless. Just like the Gulf of Tonkin incident, and the Lusitania bombing before it, 9/11 was a military performed false flag operation designed to psychologically attack the American public. There were main three goals:

1.) To convince the American people that we must surrender some of our freedoms in exchange for security and protection from the terrorists(To this day I've never seen a real life terrorist, have you?).

2.) To have an excuse to invade Afghanistan, and then somehow that turned into an excuse to invade Iraq. Ironically these were two of the only five countries left in the world that were not under control of the Rothschild banking cartels. Coincidentally they also have massive amounts of resources like oil and lithium, which is now ours for the taking. Or maybe it's not a coincidence that Dick Chaney bought lots of stock in Halliburton, the same arms manufacturing company that profited off the Vietnam war (under a different company name).  And perhaps to create military jobs to make up for some of the manufacturing jobs that we stupidly exported overseas during the Clinton administration. War is always great for a countries economy, as history shows.

3.) It is also my conclusion that the Pentagon (and possibly Building 7) attack was “added on”, so to speak; conceived and planned much later on than the WTC. That's probably why both cover-ups were even sloppier than the two towers. There were documents the section that was hit that may have proved what happened to 2 Trillion dollars that Donald Rumsfield "lost". So why the hell not...

Let's fast forward 13 years... Barrack Obama, finally manages to withdraw all the troops from Iraq, and within a few months the entire country is swept up by a new wave of terror and violence, allegedly carried out by a (radical Muslim, of course) group called ICIS, which has also been refered to as “The New Al Queada.” So President Obama, seemingly reluctantly, dispatches 300 “military advisers”, armed to the teeth, with Navy Seal training and machine guns to “advise” the Iraq government on how to defeat their enemy (A week and he just sent another 300) . I saw a video on CNN that was allegedly leaked by an anonymous man who is wanted by ICIS showing the terrorists rallying and the citizens praising their efforts. The entire country is in a state of chaos, and civilians are being raped and murdered, according to his report. He says that the terrorists shown on the footage he captured were speaking broken Arabic, and pledging to destroy Iraq, and then some other countries including Israel. If that's the case, than I guarantee that Obama will dispatch many more troops back over the middle east, and this war will be sustained for another 10 years or so. So now my generation, my parents generation, and possibly my future kids generation will continue to suffer because of these staged & for-profit wars.

When compared to the war on drugs, the Iraq war has many similarities. They both identify enemies that were not previously a threat, make problems out of things that were not previously problems, and torment the victims in a cyclical fashion. But the war on drugs has always been racist or class driven, and designed to keep minorities poor and exploit them by profiting off there incarceration. You may be thinking, “But it costs money to keep someone in prison!” Yeah, your right, and the private prison-industrial complex wouldn't have it any other way. They make billions off the contracts with the states, and it also gives the police the ability to make easy arrests. It keeps everyone in business. Not to mention the slave labor force that can be formed from the incarcerations. America is turning into more of a fascist country than  a democracy, and this is what happens when corporations rule; the interest of the people comes second to the interest of the corporations. Hell, we even legally now consider corporations people!

The Iraq war is just a sad side effect of the industrial military machine. We are in Iraq partly because they had oil, and we wanted it. It could have easily been some other random country, but Saddam Hussein made a reputation for himself hating America, and if the shoe fits...

Important Part:

So now we get to the important part.  It's going to be two years before we get the chance to elect a real person as president. I say 'real' person because we need someone that is like us. Someone that will truly defend our constitutional rights and save our country from becoming the Fourth Reich. Remember those MTV commercials? "The Holocaust happened to people like me and you. Think." So let me lay it out for you: The answer is not to go back to the fucking Republicans. The two political party system is so ripe for abuse. They are allowed to take part in bribery, in fact it is business as usual in Washington. THe two party system creates an illusion of choice, when in fact you have none. Look at the mess Bush created and ask yourself, is it really time to go back to the Republicans? You are all being fooled. It does not matter which party occupies the white house. Have you ever wondered why every election the media seems to know from the start which two candidates it's going to come down to? Did you know that the only two requirements for running for president are that you must be 35 years of age or older, and born on U.S. soil. That's it! It's also worth noting that corporations do not have to disclose how much money they donate to candidates. So in essence, that's fascism, not democracy. The parties put their own interests first, the corporations second, and us last if we're lucky. Stop voting for Democrats and Republicans. They are the same fucking thing, and we need real change this time around.
